trailers. Although we provide other services related to
warehousing from time to time, our main focus is getting
freight loaded or unloaded quickly, efficiently, and
correctly. We
provide professional service and well-trained Managers and
Supervisors along with our freight handlers. We pride
ourselves on our service, and to that end we provide quality

Durell “Dell” Hamilton: Founder and CEO of Crusader Staffing Associates LLC with accounts in 6 states across the US, $8,000,000 in sales and 350 associates. Dell, 51, founded CSA in June of 2002. Crusader was one of three finalists for Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2006 and one of the “Fast 50” growing companies honored by Business TN Magazine in 2005. Prior to founding CSA, Mr. Hamilton founded Progressive Logistics Services (PLS) in April of 1996. While Owner of PLS, Mr. Hamilton led the company in growth in sales to $10,000,000 with operations in 17 states and 1,000 employees. Mr. Hamilton was nominated as one of five finalists for the Memphis Business Journal Executive of the Year in 1996 and Small Business of the year in 1997. Prior to founding PLS, Mr. Hamilton served 6 years as Vice President of Sales of D & D Loading Service, and helped D & D grow from $600,000 in sales to over $3,000,000 per year. In 1995, D & D was nominated as one of five finalists of Memphis Business Journal Small Business of the Year. Mr. Hamilton serves on the boards of Highland Park Baptist Church, Tennessee Temple University, Score International, and National Association of Christian Athletes.

Dell Hamilton III: Vice President.Although Dell has only been with the company
for the past 2 1/2 years, he brings past years of experience to our company in both
the unloading business and attention to office detail. While still in high school Dell
began his experience of unloading trucks on a daily basis. After completing high
school and attending college at Tennessee Temple University he had the
opportunity to work with Progressive Logistics in the summer of each year of college.
Upon completing college, Dell began to work with Tennessee Temple as the
Assistant Dir. of Financial Aid and then moving to the Dir. of Financial Aid. After 4
years he answered the call to be the Director of Alumni Affairs at Tennessee
Temple. While working in Alumni Affairs and coaching soccer for the university his future company Crusader
Staffing was beginning to show growth. Within a year of becoming the Director of Alumni Affairs the
opportunity to work with his current company, Crusader Staffing Associates, came available. He now serves
our company in the capacity of Vice President. |

Home Office/Management Team:The home office staff and management team strive to maintain close communication
in order to better serve our customers. While the management team oversees the warehouse loading and unloading, the
home office assists in weekly payroll and billing as well as provides technical support to the management team. Daily
contact with one another allows us to service our customers as quickly, efficiently, and correctly as possible.
